How is our Marketing Campaign Tracked?
When your campaign is scheduled to start, you will receive a notification of the date and time when your postcards will be delivered. Each representative will have a tracker on them that you will be able to see in real time as they go door-to-door, car -to-car, person-to-person delivering your advertisement pieces to different businesses, and neighborhoods.

Client is able to email their design to customercare@instacareinc.org in PDF format, or they can request to have a customized design made with our creative design department.

Required $200 Non-refundable deposit is required for production. Final payment is due once you receive proof of postcards an sign off on it, we’ll have your cards printed and ready to start your campaign.

Can I Print out My Own Postcards, and use the Marketing Service Only?
Yes, if you have postcards, flyers, brochures, or business cards for us a ready printed to market a representative will pick up your advertisement upon campaign start date. The fee forMarketing only is $450 per 500 marketing pieces.

What's the Turn Around Time To Get The Campaign Started?
The turn around time after the client approves the proofs for their postcards is 1 week. We do offer rush orders that requires a $150 fee for turn around times after proof to be within three days.
